The eternity series-Part I

I believe the brilliance of human nature is found in both its uniqueness and universality. So, if you are anything like me, you’ve wondered about life and death and your own mortality. And if you’re not, well then, you might like to see what the rest of us experience. This mini series is about my struggle with things related to both death and eternity and the answers I got. Maybe they will be useful to you too.

A confrontation with mortality

Because in the end, regardless of what is written on that rock, when life finally brings dust to dust, what you are is not a “sister” or a “father”, and it’s not even a “friend”. What you are is something that once was alive and now isn’t. You began and you ceased and the Universe remained unchanged and time kept running.

Dust to dust.

Ecclesiastes 3:2,11

3:2 There is a time for everything…a time to be born and a time to die…
3:11…yet, He has also set Eternity in the human heart…
