The undeniability of endings

Lately, I found myself wishing I could press the pause button on certain moments of my life. Some because I wished to keep forever, and some because I wished they weren’t happening at all. But most because I didn’t have the reassurance that they would ever happen again. Because sometimes, life gives you these breathtaking moments, interwoven with poetry and music; things that you wish you could bottle up and take with you forever.

But then, there is this small thing, this one thing that you are undeniably aware of: the knowledge that this moment will also end.

Ecclesiastes 3:14

I know that everything God does will endure forever
